Q1. When can I arrange a viewing?
You can arrange a viewing by telephoning Oakview Properties on 066- 7117742 or 087-9247558. The office is open from 8am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday or by appointment outside of these times. Our office is located at 9 Orchard Way, Oakview Village, Tralee.
Q2. Where is Oakview Village located?
Oakview Village is located in the Oakpark area of Tralee just off Brewery Road. This stunning new development of homes is within minutes walking distance of Tralee's vibrant town centre. It offers residents the much sought after privacy and security of community living, while every amenity and expectation of convenience is right on your doorstep.
Q3. Will my tenancy be registered with the PRTB?
All tenancies falling within the scope of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 must be registered with the Private Residential Tenancies Board. It is the responsibility of the landlord to register the details with the Board and pay the costs associated with the registration for each tenancy.
Q4. Is there a TV provided?
Oakview Properties do not supply TV’s in any of their properties.
Q5. What bed linen do I need to bring?
You will require bedding and bed linen suitable for a double 4” 6 bed
Q6. Can I bring additional furniture?

Yes. You may rearrange your home to suit your personal needs by adding your own personal touch. Oakview Properties can also arrange for all or part of their standard inventory to be removed to accommodate your personal items of furniture.

Q7. Who is responsible for maintaining my back garden?
Oakview Properties employ a gardener during Spring/Summer each year and will ensure that your back garden is maintained to an excellent standard
Q8. Is there designated parking available?
Yes, each property is assigned a designated parking bay. There is also a number of ‘free parking bays’ which are available on a first come first served basis.
Q9. Is there any recreational space available within Oakview Village?
The Riverwalk is a private space which was opened in April 2010 for the enjoyment of Oakview Village residents only. The Riverwalk is a safe and secure environment, and Oakview Village Owners Property Management Company retains the services of Quirke Security who are responsible for the daily opening and closing of the Riverwalk which takes place at designated times throughout the year to ensure continuity.
Q10. Is there on-site CCTV in operation?
CCTV cameras are situated at strategic locations throughout the estate and are maintained by ADA Security Systems.
Q11. How do I dispose of my refuse/household waste?

Oakview Village Owners Property Management Company organizes and co-ordinates refuse collection with one refuse and recycling company annually. This minimizes numerous heavy trucks utilizing common roadways and also group discounts can be obtained on behalf of all owners/residents. The assigned refuse collection day for Oakview Village is Thursday.

Q13. Is there a Residents Committee in Oakview Village?
Yes, it is called Oakview Village Owners Property Management Company and is made up of all the home owners in Oakview Village. It ensures that the common parts are maintained to a high standard for the enjoyment of all residents.
