Guidance for Residents during Coronavirus (Covid-19)

• We encourage residents to refrain from direct contact with touch surfaces in the common areas.
• Social distancing should be practiced at all times as you move through the common areas of the estate. 
• Contact the office if you have been asked to self-isolate and we will endeavour to support you during this difficult time.
• Consider that estate services are being modified to conform with Government and HSE rules.
• Exercise proper waste disposal practices to guard against the generation of unnecessary cleaning work. Your support will allow the OMC to focus on Covid-19 related cleaning. 

This is a challenging time for everyone. Please exercise courtesy and respect for your neighbours by observing the estate rules.

Be mindful that many of your neighbours may be required to work from home.
